| Title | Review of the Control of Employment Regulations 1993 |
| Description | The Department intends to modernise existing work permit legislation and to this end is undertaking a formal review of the Control of Employment Act Regulations 1993 made under the Control of Employment Act 1975. The existing Regulations have not been amended since 1995. In November 2009 the Department published a 'Review of Comments Relating to Exemptions' and announced that it was submitting the 'Control of Employment (Exemptions) Order 2009' to Tynwald in December 2009. |
