Information for Exhibitors at the Isle of Man Food & Drink Festival 2012
The Festival will be held on 22nd and 23rd September 2012 at the Nunnery Gardens, Douglas.
The vision for the Festival is to be the Island's premier celebration of local food and drink so to qualify as an exhibitor, you need to meet the following criteria:
- all produce sold must be grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed on the Island or, where serving or preparing food, it must contain local produce.
- "Local" means produce from the Isle of Man.
Application forms are now available and should be completed and returned to Audrey Fowler at DEFA , Thie Slieau Whallian, Foxdale Road, St John's IM4 3AS by 11th May 2012.
