Transferring Historic Entitlements

Each year there is a period to allow the Transfer of Historic Entitlements. It is usually in early February/March and transfers come into effect in the following scheme year.

Arrangements must meet certain conditions laid down by the Department. Full details for those transferring or receiving Historic Entitlements are detailed in paragraph 21 of the scheme here
