CCS Applications

26/04/2013: The Isle of Man Post Office (IoMPO) have produced and mailed-out the applications forms. They will include a FREEPOST envelope for your completed form.

Please note: your completed application form MUST be returned in this envelope to the IoMPO. No applications will be accepted at DEFA at all and penalties due to delays could be incurred if you send it to us.

The IoMPO will then scan the completed application forms and send this data through to us. From this information we will update our 'acknowledgement of receipts' page. Please see this page for more information on acknowledgements.
