General details of the appeals process are provided here. It is also described in the Farmer's Handbook.
Appeals forms can be downloaded from this site - please ensure that the correct form is used. APP1 is required for the Stage 1 Internal Review and APP2 should be used for the Stage 2 External Review. Please see here for the forms.
