If you are unable to vote in person at the House of Keys General Election the updated absent and proxy voter forms are available to download within the Guidance for Voters document at the bottom of this page.
Note: The form asks for your Electoral Number. If you do not know this number please contact one of the following:

The Returning Officer for your Constituency;
