Judgments Online

Judgments Online is a free online database which gives access to the majority of Judgments which have been handed down in the Isle of Man Courts.

Launched in October 2008, there are currently in excess of seven hundred judgments published on the site dating from January 2000 to present. Newly handed down judgments, if approved, will be published on the site within ten working days of the judgment date. Judgments which need to be de-personalised to ensure the anonimity of the parties will take longer to publish.

Judgments are listed by Court Division and then in judgment date order with the most recent at the top.

A simple search facility allows the user to find specific judgment(s) easily and quickly.

Judgments can be read on screen without the need to print them out. All judgments can be saved to or printed from your computer.
