Paragraph 2.2 of Police Code E currently provides for the use of twin deck tape recording machines when recording police interviews. The Department proposes to make an Order amending paragraph 2.2 of Police Code E to enable the police to use triple deck tape recording machines for the purpose of recording police interviews.
