The Department wishes to invite comment on the attached consultation documentation in relation to the Department’s intention to place the legislation dealing with the financing of terrorism and the freezing of terrorist assets, currently located within three different laws, within one Act and to streamline as many of the procedures or requirements as possible. The Bill being consulted upon therefore seeks to achieve that aim and makes some other changes to existing legislation as a result of issues identified over time.

This consultation exercise is designed to invite comments on the Draft Policy on the Re-Employment of Public Servants after Retirement.
