Do you have a family member, friend or loved one in Noble's Hospital or Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital? Would you like to be in touch with them on a daily basis? Now you can with the Email Greeting Service.

The Department of Health is committed to improving the quality of services we provide to our customers. The launch of the Email Greeting Service is in keeping with this commitment.

The Email Greeting Service enables patients to receive emails from their loved ones and keep in touch during what may be a lonely time, particularly if visiting is not possible.

To use this service just click on 1 of the links below. Please include the patient's name and ward in the subject line, for example, Joe Bloggs, Children's Ward.

Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital Email Greeting Service 

The message will be delivered to the patient within 24 hours.

Please note: Unfortunately, a reply service is not available. Due to patient confidentiality, we can not redirect emails to discharged patients and any emails addressed to a discharged patient will be discarded. Please also note that this service is for patient greetings only. Emails for any other purpose will be discarded.
