Visiting on the Glen Suite can be accommodated most times of the day but needs to be discussed with the nursing staff.

Who uses this service

Glen Suite primarily provides inpatient care for older adults experiencing acute mental health needs associated with organic or degenerative conditions, such as dementia, as well as functional mental health conditions, including severe depression and psychosis. Admission is considered when an individual's care needs or level of risk cannot be safely managed within the community.

The purpose of your admission is to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, with the goal of supporting your return to the community, either at home or in a suitable residential or nursing care environment.
