Office of Data Protection Supervisor
The Office of the Data Protection Supervisor is the supervisory body responsible for the administration of the Data Protection Act 2002 (‘the Act’) in the Isle of Man. The Office, while it is funded by the Treasury, is independent of Government.
The site will allow you to access the relevant legislation, explains your rights as an individual, your obligations as a business or organisation, provide guidelines issued by this office and links to other data protection authorities and other external bodies.
