The Arts Council is part of the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure and our aim is to serve the people of the Isle of Man by developing and improving the knowledge, understanding, practice and access to the arts in all its forms.

A flourishing arts community is good for people - giving us access to creative experiences and stretching our imaginations - and good for local economies. The arts can also play an important role in shaping the identify and feel of a place, in bringing people together and in strengthening community participation.
