Compliments and Complaints Procedures

If you wish to compliment the service provided by PPV's, or if you experience a problem or have any concerns or complaints about the service, then please contact the RTLC Office.

In order that the operator or driver and/or the vehicle can be identified, it would be helpful if you could provide all or some of the following: -

• The driver's name
• The driver's PPV badge number
• The vehicle licence plate number
• The vehicle registration number
• The time and date of the journey
• Full details of the journey, i.e. to and from
