RTLC

The Road Transport Licensing Committee (RTLC) is an independent body of Government with responsibility for regulating the transport of passengers.

It is the duty of the Committee to administer and enforce the provisions of the Road Transport Act 2001, to benefit and protect the public through the provision of sufficient, efficient, safe, and quality services of public transport.

Here you will find the Application Forms and Guidance Notes that you will need to enable you to apply to become a Public Passenger Vehicle Operator and/or a Public Passenger Vehicle Driver.
