Title	Consultation on draft Regulation of Care Bill 2012
Description	The Department of Social Care (DSC) are proposing new legislation - the Regulation of Care Bill - to introduce a comprehensive, robust and proportionate regulatory system for social care and non NHS care services. This will provide protection for care service users - many of whom are society's most vulnerable people. We welcome general comments on the proposed bill but we have also compiled a survey to help people respond to the key areas of the Bill. The attached leaflet gives a brief summary of the proposed Bill
